Accounts Payable Assistant

To support our Finance Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant, 100%

 

Your duties

 

  • Managing payment orders and creditor invoices
  • Processing and checking creditor invoices in the online workflow system
  • Assisting with processing and checking employee credit cards and expenses claims
  • Working on monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation
  • Regularly checking outstanding receivables
  • Providing support with other tasks related to accounts payable and the general ledger
  • Dealing with telephone and written enquiries

 

Our requirements

 

  • Completed commercial, business or equivalent training
  • At least three to four years’ professional experience in accounting (financial accounting an advantage)
  • Good oral and written skills in English and German, other languages an advantage
  • Good SAP and Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and to act with discretion when handling confidential information
  • Keen sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of initiative
  • Confident demeanour and good manners
  • Team player
