Office Manager


To support our Judicial Bodies Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a service-oriented and communicative person as an Office Manager, 100% (Permanent)

Your duties

  • Assisting the Director, the Heads of the Secretariats, the members of the different FIFA committees and the rest of the team in their daily administrative activities (email and post distribution, general correspondence, classifying awards, gathering statistics, fixing IT issues, organizing team events, etc.)
  • Being responsible for the physical and electronic archiving system of the division
  • Drafting communications based on pre-existing templates or according to instructions from the team
  • Being in charge of administrative and logistic aspects of committee meetings and events (correspondence with meeting participants, drafting meeting’s agenda, booking conference rooms, arranging travels, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, etc.)
  • Supporting the members of the committees and to division officials with the management of expenses, invoices, accounts and budgets

Our requirements

  • About 5 years of work experience in office management, event organization or in executive assistance
  • Post-graduate in Public Relations, Communications or similar
  • Law degree is considered an asset
  • Further training in executive assistance, office management, event management, etc. is considered an asset
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, and IT skills in general
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient (oral/written) in at least two, preferably three FIFA languages (English, Spanish, French and German)
  • Flexibility, and ability to set priorities effectively
  • Resilience, resp. ability to work under time pressure
  • Very good communication & coordination skills
  • Sociability and empathy
  • Team player
  • Proactive and solution driven
  • High service-orientation to help external and internal clients & stakeholders
