To support our People, Technology & Operations Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a team-oriented and encouraging person as a Group Leader Corporate Products


Your duties


  • Establish and maintain a trust relationship with the Business Stakeholders
  • Creating and agreeing together with the Business Stakeholders on a Product long-term vision and strategy
  • Maintaining the Product Roadmap and coordinating its execution, by following a clear governance alongside the Business stakeholders
  • Facilitating and driving alignment among key stakeholders to converge on a set of requirements that bring business value
  • Managing the team and ensuring the cohesive and proper implementation of the Product Portfolio strategy and vision
  • Creating and maintaining the Product backlog according to the priorities given by the Business
  • Leading the Product Backlog delivery as agile as required by the Product, ensuring continuous engagement from the business throughout the delivery
  • Building and maintaining Product awareness at all levels among product teams and Business stakeholders
  • Facilitating the engagement and coordination of all IT capabilities, as well as the non-IT areas involved, during the Product Lifecycle, such as IT Architecture, IT Security, Legal, Procurement, Branding, among others
  • Managing the actions that lead to the definition of the Product budget, as well as ensuring its efficient management and utilization throughout the Product Lifecycle



Our requirements


  • University degree or similar higher education, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in business relationship management in the context of technology
  • Proven record of successful deliveries of various complexities within Global and Multi-cultural organization
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development/implementation and operations
  • In-depth knowledge of various delivery methodologies: such as Agile, in particular Scrum, and waterfall
  • Certification in one or more of different delivery methodologies; e.g. PSPO, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP
  • Strong experience in Service Management and ITIL Framework
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading functional teams
  • Fluent in English, any other language (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to use indirect or strong influential strategies
