Access Manager Tournaments & Events

Are you a solution-oriented, motivated and innovative person that is able to adapt to new developments in access management? Do you have experience in harmonising and improving access devices, ideally in a mega event environment, preferably sports-related? With FIFA 2.0, our new operating model, we are looking for an efficient, proactive and excellent team player to support our Tournaments & Events Division as an Access Manager.

 

Your duties
•    Helping to establish access management as part of Tournaments & Events operations
•    Writing and reviewing concepts and developing them further
•    Applying design and colour concepts to access devices
•    Observing new innovative developments in access management and their implementation at other tournaments and events
•    Defining access management operations and access control system requirements
•    Helping to define FIFA Tournaments & Events Access Management standards and operations
•    Developing access management concepts and operations at different FIFA tournaments and events
•    Writing standard operating procedures, concepts, guidelines, manuals (in English)
•    Coordinating concepts with other functional areas
•    Defining access control system requirements and coordinating them with FIFA Event Technology to fit them into the FIFA technology environment
•    Managing business relationships with any access control system provider
•    Drawing up and participating in user acceptance tests
 

Our requirements
•    Three years of experience in sports tournament access management or one of the affiliated access device operations (accreditation, ticketing, guest management)
•    Experience in defining access control system requirements
•    Experience in project management
•    Innovative, efficient and very communicative
•    Sports event and access management knowledge
•    Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage
•    Strong identification with FIFA’s ideals and philosophy
•    Excellent communication skills
